Unfortunately current make fetch mechanizm tends to pick up the same site as
previous. To pick up the ball from above site, do this:

ftp http://www.gtlib.cc.gatech.edu/pub/gnome/sources/atk/1.4/atk-1.4.1.tar.bz2
