FreeBSD ports: 1 unfetchable distfiles: devel/asm2html

Yes, it is very possible that it wasn't fetchable since I went through some
server updates yesterday. Right now it resolves just fine AFAIK. I will
upgrade the port soon, and then i'll add a miror site to the Makefile.
