net-snmp 5.1 upgrade

I'll upgrade net/net-snmp to new version 5.1.  This bumps shared
library version number to 6 and includes some changes which conflicts
our patch-* files.

I updated net/net-snmp and it works well on my boxes.  But I'd like to
hear feedbacks before committing.

Please drop me a note if you find a problem.  Any feedbacks (positive,
negative, enhancement/change request...) are welcome.  Thanks!
