The links for the netscape7-7.0 package appear to be broken.  The link 
to the package (search for netscape7-7.0 on freebsd.org/cgi/ports.cgi, 
check out the package link) points to 
ftp://ftp.FreeBSD.org/pub/FreeBSD/ports/i386/packages-4.8-release/All/netscape7-7.0.tgz, 
which fails to exist.
