Its hard to get the bits from the source when it is down. :-)
In general fetching from ftp.cwru.edu has been difficult for those with
misconfigured firewalls, proxies, DNS.  So to show the port was fine I
did "make distclean checksum".  Unfornately, the site was actually dead
this time.

That said, the site is back up and it will be an hour and the patches
will be on ftp.freebsd.org.
