Unfetchable ports

Dear Port Maintainers,

The following ports are maintained by you but are currently
unfetchable from any of the listed MASTER_SITES.  Can you please
update the ports to point to a valid location, or make available a
copy of the distfiles on your own website, or for a committer to put
in MASTER_SITE_LOCAL?
