pppoe hack of the Alcatel speedtouch usb modem driver

Hi Brian,

Can you take a look at this patch to see if it works on FreeBSD? It is
a very important issue because it permits to use Alcatel usb modem to
connect to ISPs that do not provide PPPoA and only PPPoE protocol.
