I too am getting these errors. Whats interesting about this is that I only get the apache2 and ALTQ errors in my 2 jails and NOT on the host system. My typical routine to update my ports is 1: cvsup -g -L 2 ports-supfile 2: portsdb -Uu 3: pkgdb -uF.
