Errors while building gswitchit

While building gswitchit applet on my 4.8 machine I got error
messages from installation routine as specified in attached
file make.log. I guess it is rather obvious that  /usr/include/sys/inttypes.h
is kosher.  So what does installation routine try to say and how 
the situation can be resolved?
