FreeBSD ports: 1 unfetchable distfiles: audio/xtuner

Dear Bill,

I.ve corrected these problem in february. I can't get the file anymore 
from the official site, so the only FETCH-url is my copy at the 
university of Bielefeld.

There seems to be the ports tree out of sync.
