FreeBSD Port: powerdns-2.9.8 -> 2.9.10

Hi dinoex,

I've taken the liberty to apply some changes to the PowerDNS 2.9.8
port, since 2.9.10 was released a while ago. Added in the attached
.RAR file is the content of /usr/ports/net/powerdns (you can unpack it
in /usr/ports/net) I've also added a patch in the files/ directory
which adds PID support to the pdns_recursor file (original version
doesn't save a .pid).
