New URL for UMFPACK (distfiles problem)

This probably doesn't deserve a PR... I investigated and the ftp site is not
available anymore. This URL is the default address now:

http://www.cise.ufl.edu/research/sparse/umfpack/v4.1/UMFPACKv4.1.tar.gz
