ports/52881: New port: sysutils/clean; automatically remove unwanted files

Hi, all--

"The clean utility searches through the filesystem for "temporary files" left 
behind by editors and the like which can be deleted safely. It supports a 
.cleanrc containing regular expressions (like "*~"), interactive modes with 
explicit user-confirmation, and unattended batch modes."
