kpum port for FreeBSD (PureFTPd virtual user manager)

Does anyone know someone that has ported kpum to FreeBSD, but perhaps
never got the port committed to the tree? It seems like quite a handy
app for those of us that run PureFTPd on FreeBSD and use virtual users.

There's plenty of screenshots on the website to show you what it can do.
