Could a committer take a look at ports/56181?

Hi,

Could a ports committer please take a look at ports/56181, which updates Opera 
to the newest beta (B7)? I keep getting emails from people who are running 
the current version (B4) in which there is a rather annoying bug when 
displaying pages with frames (that is, they're not displayed). If this is 
committed, ports/55963 can also be closed.
