TeX port ver 3.14159_1 - can't find distfiles?

As far as I followed earlier discussions on the subject, everyone will
tell you to install teTeX instead, as it gives you a better TeX
distribution. Perhaps we can discuss the removal of the tex and latex
ports, eventually.
