GGI changed URL

"We have just realized that a troll at ibiblio changed the directory structure
from ftp://ftp.ggi-project.org/pub/ggi/ to
ftp://ftp.ggi-project.org/pub/packages/ggi/, which broke all ftp links"

Also, FWIW, NetBSD packaged libggigcp 0.8.2 and libggiwmh 0.1.0, I currently
can't test those, so anyone wanting to port them is welcome.
