DrScheme and escheme.h

Not really a critical problem or anything, but I've noticed that
the DrScheme port doesn't install the "include" directory,
which is necessary if you want to write extension modules
in C/C++ (in particular, the file escheme.h isn't installed).
Would someone please take a look?
