First, remove whatever symlink you added (that is probably why you have
two copies of freetype installed), then pkg_delete the other freetype, and
both the kdebase3 packages. This should get you to a reasonably sane
state.
Then run 'pkgdb -F' and make sure there's no problems with your package
database, and then try installing kde/freetype again.
