audio/gnump3d port trashes existing config files

Thanks for maintaining the port.

With the latest port version (upgrades to 2.2), I've noticed that
running an upgrade trashes any custom version of
${PREFIX}/etc/gnump3d/gnump3d.conf one might have written.

You might consider removing the file from the plist?
