Patch to apply to news/nzbget

Update to 15.0, released upstream on May 19.

Port changes:
7zip option is now turned on by default
sbin/nzbgetd removed from pkg-plist (deprecated upstream)
files/nzbget.in changed to reflect deprecated nzbgetd
