This bug is a showstopper here.
won't build:
automake
autoconf
any p5 port
AFAIK this affects a great minority or the majority of ports I've installed.
won't run
gprename (etc etc) especially CLI ones that depend on perl
I've posted details to the freebsd-perl and freebsd-questions lists within the
past week...
