gzipped shell archive containing port

This revives the devel/py-gitpython port and bumps the version to 1.0.1. 
Previous PRs (e.g., 199335) reference older versions of the software.  I don't
care who ends up as maintainer, but I'm willing to volunteer.  This version of
GitPython works with the version of GitDB currently in the ports tree.
