Hello,

Default sample configuration of logrotate has an include statement:

include /usr/local/etc/logrotate.d

A new setup of logrotate requires you either create that directory or remove
that line from the configuration. It would be much simpler just to create it by
default and save users from this hassle.

I am proposing we simply add a new entry to the pkg-plist:

@dir etc/logrotate.d
