unified patch

Attached is a patch to bring lang/sbcl from 1.1.12 to 1.2.8. As the port is
currently unmaintained, I volunteer to adopt it.

Patch has been portlint'd and created with `diff -ruN`, but I'm all ears for
suggestions!
