portlint + FFLAGS + demo

The proposed patch contains:
- some minor changes to pet portlint
- respects FFLAGS, and removes -g which will be included when WITH_DEBUG is set
- adds a regression test target with all demo files (Note: you may want to
remove some of them).

Other idea: since distfile is not versionned, it would be good to define a
versionned DIST_SUBDIR, so that it won't be squeezed by the next update.
