svn diff to update www/pivotx to 2.3.11

This patch updates the www/pivotx port to 2.3.11, which fixes a number of
vulnerabilities present in the current port version, 2.3.7. In addition to the
the version change, the patch does the following:

  - Removes SourceForge from the list of MASTER_SITES, as it no longer seems to
be there
  - Regenerates pkg-plist
  - Fixes a couple small portlint warnings

I have tested the new port on my webserver.
