Apache 2.2.29_6. If defined LimitRequestBody in httpd.conf and sended POST
request zero size (without any data), then returns to the browser "413 Request
Entry Too Large", but in apache logs http code 200 (as if ok).
If LimitRequestBody removed from config then works fine.
Downgrade to 2.2.29_2 also helps.
