Yes, the bug seems to be in the fbsd-threads.c actually. :(

Long term I'm planning to replace that with a ptrace-based thread target.  I
think fbsd_resume() in fbsd-threads.c is completely broken but I don't see how
to fix it in a way that supports KSE.
