- Update to 4.2. Note that 4.0 source package was removed from the master site
(then readded after my mail to author) and I've added my mirror to master sites
- Don't hardcode version in distfile names
- Update USE_XORG
- Improve and simplify wrapper script handling
- Improve and simplify options handling
