Makefile, pkg-descr, dist-info tarball for chkrootkit

Checked old ports in the FreeBSD svn ports. 

Found and updated chkrootkit to 0.50. 

Ran it through portlint, and all the steps outlined in the FreeBSD Porters
Handbook. Everything seems to work.
