Firefox 38 fails to build with __STDC_CONSTANT_MACROS defined on powerpc, as it
gets defined both at the command line and in the mozconfig.h header, which the
compiler balks at.  Removing this (line 451 of Mk/bsd.gecko.mk) gets it
building.
