Patch

On mips and other non-x86 archs:

cc1: error: unrecognized command line option "-msse2"

It's marked broken on some of them, but instead just sse should be disabled.
Fix it in a most correct way, with following:

- Add SSE option on i386 and amd64
- Enable it by default on amd64
- Based on it, disable or enable SSE support completely

I can confirm that it fixes build at least on mips.
