I am not sure if that would be another issue or can be done at the same time. I
needed to install print/tex-dvipsk to have 8r.enc otherwise pdflatex (invoked
by dblatex) will fail with:

!pdfTeX error: pdflatex (file 8r.enc): cannot open encoding file for reading
 ==> Fatal error occurred, no output PDF file produced!
