FreeBSD 10.1-RELEASE #0 r274401

Using a default installation and trying to compile /usr/ports/dns/dnsmasq

The make script requires gettext but does not handle the situation if gettext
is not installed. The build fails and several errors can be seen that xgettext
is missing.

I'm not sure if this happens with MNLS disabled.
