svn diff to fix ftp/twoftpd

This port was marked BROKEN, for source being unfetchable.
Upstream rearranged their site, and have also added a
git repo. This port is still in active development, and
it's current version is 1.43.
They moved this ports version to their archive directory.
As such, I've simply adjusted MASTER_SITES accordingly,
in the svn diff, attached. Nothing else. I'll update
PORTVERSION to their current version, once I've given
it a test run, and can produce the requisite QA.
Feel free to list me as MAINTAINER, if need be.
