New version of networkmgr.shar attached. I renamed the port, to prevent
confusion with Linux version of networkmanager.
There are also still some dependencies missing. I haven't dug deeper into this.

Code and documentation of the upstream sources could be improved. Maybe you
could make the code a real fork and work collaboratively on it?
