Fix outdated dependencies and incompatability with Vte-2.91

Virt-manager has switched to GTK+ 3 and GObject introspection-based python
bindings, so we no longer needs py27-vte and py27-spice-gtk.

The attached patch also includes an upstream commit to prevent using removed
API in Vte-2.91 when accessing guest serial console.
