>Description:

bind99 has been building and running fine with base openssl,
but suddenly it wants to install ports openssl.

Just because the non-default option GOST needs a newer openssl,
shouldn't mean change what wasn't broken/needed for the rest of
	us.

Have been doing bind with DNSSEC since 2009 with 0.9.8* and
	bind99 since Dec 2012.
