>Description:
After a "portsnap fetch update" -> "portmaster -a", the build for dovecot-2.2-pigeonhole-0.4.2_3 fails.

It first tries to download the file from:
http://www.rename-it.nl/dovecot/2.2/dovecot-2.2-pigeonhole-0.4.2.tar.gz

Which fails, the URL also rewrites itself to (which is a dental website??):
http://www.medicalbits.nl/dovecot/2.2/dovecot-2.2-pigeonhole-0.4.2.tar.gz

I resolved that the correct URL should be:
http://hg.rename-it.nl, which contains all dovecot related files.
I've tried downloading the tar.gz file and put it in the distfiles folder with the correct naming:
http://hg.rename-it.nl/dovecot-2.2-pigeonhole/archive/tip.tar.gz (results in dovecot-2-2-pigeonhole-dc038c03b376.tar.gz as download)

But this fails again with a checksum error, modifying the distinfo file to the checksum of that gz file, fails with another error that it cannot find the Makefile.in file.

And the FreeBSD ftp only contains up until version 0.4.1, no 0.4.2 yet.
