add CFLAGS modification to build simplexml

Reapply the following patch for php5:

http://www.freshbsd.org/commit/freebsd-ports/r327187

lang/php55 probably needs the same fix.  lang/php53 has the fix still in place.

The above modification got stripped in commit:

http://www.freshbsd.org/commit/freebsd-ports/r354035

The attached patch is only a workaround.  Let me know if I can help testing a
proper fix.
