portmaster fails to build docbook-xml dependency (for Git in my case) due to
missing /usr/local/bin/xmlcatmgr

How-To-Repeat:
uninstall git and all it's dependencies via autoremove and invoke 'portmaster
devel/git'

Fix:
Buils regular way by going to /usr/ports/deve/git and invoke 'make install'
