ssl-admin add stage support

small patch against current port

Changes:
 - add stage support
 - replace .default with .sample so the pkg-plist @sample macro can be used
 - preserve key-direction keyword in client.ovpn
   (allow in the current release to add the ta.key already inline in
client.ovpn)
