Upon building isc-dhcp43-server-4.3.0_1 today, I saw this error during the
configure phase:

===>  Building for isc-dhcp43-server-4.3.0_1
Making all in bind
gmake[1]: Entering directory
`/usr/ports/net/isc-dhcp43-server/work/dhcp-4.3.0/bind'
Configuring BIND Export libraries for DHCP.
./configure: -c: not found
Building BIND Export libraries - this takes some time.
building in
/usr/ports/net/isc-dhcp43-server/work/dhcp-4.3.0/bind/bind-9.9.5/lib/export

I believe this may have been introduced by r357486 but I have not tried
reverting:

I do not know the implications of the above error.  (Yes the port builds/works,
but there may be other features/behaviours broken as a result.  I simply don't
know).

I did do "make rmconfig" before doing "make clean && make install clean".  I
use the default set of options.
