Hi. Your patch looks wrong, as instead of svn rm'ing the patches in files/ you
just replace some of them with a newline. This causes problems when building
the port:

===>  Patching for pdftohtml-0.40a
===>  Applying FreeBSD patches for pdftohtml-0.40a
  I can't seem to find a patch in there anywhere.
=> Patch patch-SA18303 failed to apply cleanly.
