tcc-0.9.26.diff

- Update to 0.9.26
- USE_BZIP2 -> USES=tar:bzip2
- Add new EXAMPLES option
- Fix pkg-plist
- Request maintainership

I checked that it compiles properly on CURRENT/i386.
