Update: deinstall should not remove config files

The port fails to build on 8.4-RELEASE:

checking for library containing cap_init... no
checking sys/capability.h usability... no
checking sys/capability.h presence... no
checking for sys/capability.h... no
configure: error: *** sys/capability.h not found.  Use --without-caps to
disable cap
abilities support.
