Update ftp mirrors (i'm migrating away from my old mirror hostname to a new one
where I can consolodate all my ports mirrors in one place)

Fix:
CC'd maintainer for approval.

I'll keep the old hostname/path working for the foreseeable future also.
I've not bothered bumping the revision for this change - no point causing
rebuilds!
