Update math/py-pandas to 0.14.0

*   Update to 0.14.0
*   Integrate all recommended adjuncts as optional RUN_DEPENDS
*   Add missing newline escape to fix broken regression-test target
*   Update TEST_DEPENDS to depend on textproc/py-openpyxl1 to accommodate
    backwards incompatible changes in textproc/py-openpyxl
*   Restore misplaced auxiliary test script used by regression-test target
