validns - update from 0.7 to 0.8

I guess 0.7 didn't support ECDSA SSHFP records.
Also the patch prevented 0.8 from building.
As ECDSA requires OPENSSL > 1.0 I've added the system openssl requirement
(although I'm curious if that could also been done using PolarSSL).
